How Winners Are Decided

Best Documentation
Section titled “Best Documentation”Awarded by judges to the team with the most complete, clear, and useful documentation — README, architecture overview, API docs, decision log, and known issues.
Cleanest Codebase
Section titled “Cleanest Codebase”Awarded to the team with the highest score from the automated AI agent scan. This is the most objective award — it’s purely based on what the agents find (or don’t find) in your repo.
Best Architecture
Section titled “Best Architecture”Judges’ pick. Awarded to the team whose system design is the most robust, well-structured, and correctly implemented. Quality of implementation matters more than complexity of approach.
People’s Choice
Section titled “People’s Choice”Voted by all attendees during the afterwork event. Demos are public — make yours engaging.
Prizes
Section titled “Prizes”Prizes are confirmed closer to the event. Check with the committee for the latest.
